SWCC Group X offers over 45 classes per week! With a wide variety of formats, you’re sure to find one (or several) that meet your fitness needs. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Barre, Zumba, Strength, Aqua and many others, including classes for our Active Older Adult Population. With an experienced staff of instructors, you’ll be motivated to stretch, jump, cycle, lift or splash your way to a fitter body. Feel free to drop in to any class and if it’s your first time, let the instructor know. Our classes are designed for multi-level participation, so modifications can be made from beginner to advanced participants.
